First Shred Day is May 11

It's time to get your Shred items ready! Our first Shred Day is around the corner, Saturday, May 11, from 9 a.m. to noon at Memorial Park, 14600 State Road. We ask that residents remain in their vehicles, and have shred items ready in their open trunk. Please limit to five standard-size boxes or paper bags. Also, avoid plastic bags or containers that must be returned to the vehicle, which slows the line. As a reminder, residents must bring an ID to verify residency.

ACCEPTED: financial documents, bank statements, tax returns, credit card statements, expired credit cards, insurance forms and records, junk mail, family records and confidential information. Staples and small paper clips are OK.
NOT ACCEPTED: newspapers, phone books, or magazines, which can be recycled curbside; binders; books; pendaflex folders; food and candy wrappers; wax paper; photographs; napkins; and Styrofoam containers.
