Memorial Park Splash Pad
The City of North Royalton unveiled the brand new Memorial Park Splash Pad on May 27, 2023. Admission to the splash pad is free and open to the public daily between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. During the season, the splash pad may close at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Department due to special events, maintenance or weather-related issues. The splash pad may close when temperatures are forecasted under 70 degrees Fahrenheit. A splash pad attendant will be on site, and the area is under video surveillance.
The Memorial Park Splash Pad was funded through a $1 million grant awarded by Cuyahoga County for Memorial Park Capital Improvements. The Splash Pad is approximately 5,000 square feet and includes play features. It is operated by a chlorinated system. It is located at 14600 State Road in Memorial Park next to the playground. The area also includes restrooms, a pavilion, volleyball and tennis courts. Please note that the splash pad is not reservable for private parties. Renters of either Pavilion may not have exclusive use or interfere with the public’s use of the splash pad.
